Televend and the MacJack closed loop system

Televend is a cloud-based telemetry system that can be fitted to our vending machines. The system allows live tracking of goods sold in the machine, cash conformity breakdowns and will monitor and notify you of any issues in the machine with real-time feedback. If you run a fleet of vending machines, this easy-to-use plug-and-play system can even be set up to do smart routing taking historical purchases into account.
With the inclusion of the MackJack wallet functionality and an RFiD card reader, the system can be used on a closed-loop basis meaning staff use their existing access cards to purchase goods from the machine. At month end, a report is pulled and the cash value of the vends can be deducted from each staff member’s salary.
Alternatively, the system can be set up with free limits on products per day or week or month and the staff then purchase goods from the machine once their “allowance” has been used up. This is of particular interest when companies consider limiting free hot beverages to their staff who buy any additional hot beverages from the machine once their allowance has been used up.
The Televend system comes with an operator app available for download to allow your technical staff to monitor the machines online.
